This position will be in charge of overall direction of client projects. You will proactively communicate with clients and members to handling the project. Projects varies in many genres. As we deal with various digital expressions, you can participate in many types of projects.

Not only will you negotiate with agencies and clients, you will manage overall planning, production, schedule and be in charge of each stakeholders.

Candidates with the following experiences listed below can work immediately.

- Worked at Production Company/Design Studio
- Worked at Middle to Large Video Production Company
- Worked as a Freelancer
- Worked as Sole Proprietor/Entrepreneur

The following is not required but favorable.
- Experience with website, installation, apps, video production (ex-designer/ex-engineer)
- Experience with information architecture, UI design, wireframe production
- Experience creating quotations, and budget management
- English communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in backend, system architecture
- Experience in creating schedules, and project management experience

We are looking for people who can manage projects, make business proposals, and can lead team members. You are expected to make instructions and move the whole project team forward, requiring leadership and communication skills. Also, people who can observe and understand team member’s feelings is also important. We welcome people with experience leading a team or instructed team members.

We are also looking for people who directed productions and have experience with the whole creation process. We deal with digital expression so interest in creativity, trends, is wanted.

Directors of Img SRC will deal with clients directly. Because of this, directors can build relationships and can receive projects directly from clients. People who like to communicate with many people, and like to work for others can gain great happiness when the projects succeeds.
